Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped in a timely manner thru USPS or UPS. Please ensure you provide your email address during checkout to receive your tracking information once your order is fulfilled. From Brooklyn with Love IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Standard shipping on local and domestic orders - Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Unless specified pre-order items. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing UPS/ USPS tracking information. 

International orders are shipped within 2 weeks and take up to 12 business days following order processing for delivery through local post. 

We are not responsible for packages once they are picked up by our shipping carrier. That responsibility is now between the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS) and the customer. For claims and issues with the delivery of your package please contact your local UPS/USPS customer service provider. It is the customers responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day your items are scheduled to arrive. 

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when ordering and contains right apartment number if necessary. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. Items stuck in transit are out of our control and need to be dealt with the shipping provider (UPS).

If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, your order will be refunded and restocked. We do not reship items.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Unless there is an error due to the shipper. 

RETURN POLICY

No Returns or Exchanges - All Sales are Final.
